Customer Service and Support


We can only be as successful as our customers. We take pride in providing our clients with timely, helpful and efficient support. Our Support Services provides free updates and documentation, and support by phone.

Our support line can answer questions regarding product functionality, prices for products and known issues covered in the Priox Knowledge Base. More complex issues, requiring investigation and the potential involvement of our technical support engineers are also handled. Whilst work to remedy issues in these circumstances will probably be off-line, our Support Services will, if you require it, provide regular updates on work progress by either phone or e-mail.

Our Software Update Service will provide you with all service patches, updates, and new version releases for the Priox Service Management Suite. This provision is part of the Priox Support and Implementation Services, and the 1st year is included in the purchase price of the Licence.
Renewal is optional, but will ensure that support and software updates continue to be received after the first year.
